Medium Density and Mixed Use

 

Because we have extensive residential experience, and the fact that many builders are finding themselves with land zoned medium to high density and mixed use due to the scarcity of development land, we have found ourselves becoming increasingly involved with these types of projects. Over the past several years we have been actively involved as part of the design team for many student housing projects from 3 storey walkups to 6 level buildings as well as mixed use commercial/residential projects. We work closely with Architects and other consultants to assist design and preparation of construction documents and management throughout the permit and construction stages to ensure the built project will meet the marketing vision and goals.
